The awesome producer/DJ Nora En Pure was in town for a show on the day I played this set; so I channeled the vibe and tried to my best to mimic Nora En Pure (including some tunes by the lady herself).

It was cloudy, rainy, and 50kph wind where I live on the day I played this. So it was "hunker down in the storm", and play some dark-skies music. But, even with that foundation, this set is brilliant, no! :-)

I didn't start out with an intent to play a Tech House set. I actually spoke of a more Defected Records direction in my intro voice-over. BUT, the on-the-fly choices I made as I was spinning the first 3-5 tracks just trended that direction. So, I embraced the direction and made the most of it.

A couple of tracks from popular names like Hot Since 92 and Roland Clark, but MOSTLY from names you don't know, like Bontan, Sllash & Doppe, Pirate Copy, and more.

It's becoming clear (thus the set name ;-) that our station is attracting some new DJs. There are four that have signed up to work with us, and a couple of more are submitting sets for review. But we need more, so spread the word.

Hopefully this set brings some "clear"ness to your day, with tunes from Crackazat, Camilo Franco, a new remix of Days Like This (from Booker T), Sebb Junior, Viola, Ross Couch, Spiritchaser, Nina Kravitz, and many more.
